Job Description:
Lead the development and integration of design concepts with our clients’ needs;
Monitor and control the quality of designs;
Lead development of schematic designs with responsibility for the preparation of presentation drawings, models, and narratives;
Lead a multidiscipline team in design and design development on architectural projects;
Lead coordination of work of a multidiscipline team through multiple phases of a project;
Attend owner/client and internal meetings, and participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance;
Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines;
Lead the development and preparation of written project architectural technical specifications;
Lead projects in a dual management role as needed;
Assist in the development of work plan and level of effort required for projects;
Participate and develop Architectural components for project pursuits and business development efforts.
Participates in preparing and coordinating with external consultants in Technical Planning Inputs to Project Development such as conceptual and schematic designs, architectural detailed designs for in-house projects;
Coordinates with marketing and other project team members for additional requirements and inputs;
Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Functions as Senior Project Manager at the same time
Directly reporting to the Principal Architect
Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Architect;
Minimum of 10 years experience in planning and project management of residential, commercial and high-rise buildings
Knowledgeable in interpreting building plans and architectural details and finishing materials;
With good oral and written communication skills, assertive, resourceful and a team player;
Computer literate
Must be familiar with completing package from design development to construction drawing in CAD;
Strong background in designing, planning, construction detailing quality control and plan review;
Good management skills, good moral character, outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
At least not less than 28 years old
