Job Description:
Produce Architectural and Engineering Drawings
Coordinates and cooperates with Project Architect on design changes
Ensure that all drawings are produced in accordance to the instruction given by the Project Architect
Ensure details in the drawings are accurate
Performs other task assigned by superior
Directly reporting to the Project Architects
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Architecture or equivalent
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably 1-4 years experience employee specialized in architecture/ interior/ design/ building construction or equivalent
Must know how to design, read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
Proactive and hardworking to meet deadlines
Experienced drafter for schematic/ design development stage production for both architectural and engineering design
Familiar with planning guidelines, various technical requirements and authority submission an advantage
Flexible and able to work independently as well as in a team
