Job Description:
Provides general administrative and clerical support including but not limited to mailing, scanning, faxing and photocopying.
Resolving tenant complaints, unit problems, and request of the building tenants.
Maintaining records of the tenants.
Overall in-charge of the maintenance of facilities of the condominium.
Scheduling regular building maintenance and janitorial services.
Preparing tenants contact and monitoring of monthly dues and billing for utilities of the tenants.
Receiving mails, processing work permits and gate passes of the building tenants and contractors.
Receiving daily reports of the security and janitorial services and routing same to officers and concerned employee.
Qualifications / Required Skills:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in building administration is a must.
Familiar with budget planning and enforcement, human resource and customer service procedure.
Willing to undergo training. Can work under pressure.
Willing to accept responsibilities.
Must have good leadership skills and client oriented.
Proficient in MS applications.
